I met the beautiful creator and author of I Love My Hair Andrea Pippins.
Brilliant Pippins, was out over the weekend, promoting and signing her new artsy color journal book: Becoming Me, at the Hooray for Books bookstore in Alexandria, VA.

With the turning of each page, I felt my creativity heighten; as ideas and visuals popped in my head. The thoughtful designs and encouraging words leap off the colorful pages, speaking to your soul; while leaving you with an “I CAN DO THIS” spirit.
Pippins pleasant, pint size is full of imagination and thought provoking ideas that are sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone.
It was not only an exciting pleasure meeting Andrea Pippin and buying her new book, but, a motivational kick.
